Dear Fellow Pilots,
This is our second newsletter for 2021. We hope that you will find the information and tools for managing your mental wellbeing useful. There are bite-sized articles which you can browse through again whenever you like.
There is a new acronym PILOT being introduced, do check it out. Ms Hope is an author, family consultant, training specialist and counsellor in children, family, couple and individual developmental issues. Any questions that you have for Ms Hope on pilot mental health matters, please write to us at
With the aggressive resurgence of COVID-19 cases in the community, we hope that you and your family are staying safe and healthy. As our flying duties take us to places with varying standards of safe management measures, we may need to take extra precautions, keep a lookout for our crew members and support one another where required.
When circumstances are beyond our control, anytime you feel stressed, anxious, upset or frustrated over anything, why not contact a peer supporter from PAG to talk about it? Our peer supporters will listen and assist you in finding a suitable approach to ease the situation. We can also refer you to professionals and other wellness resources if you prefer. All information shared is always kept safe and confidential.
You may reach us anytime at 9-2255-724 (9-CALL-PAG) via voice-call or text-chat as we are here for you 24/7, or visit us on the ALPA-S app and website
Take care and stay healthy
