Dearest fellow pilots,
As the new year approaches and we eagerly take on new resolutions, it is also time to reflect. Let us remember the warmth and smiles that we've received, appreciate the kindness and services that we've been offered, and express gratitude to those who've been supportive and caring. At PAG, we thank you for acknowledging us and sharing our belief in mental wellness.
The aviation community may have effectively battled Covid-19 but we need to stay resilient and always be ready to deal with any unforeseeable challenges to air travel and the industry. Perhaps at times you might feel helpless when struggling with ordeals or uncertainties, don't worry as there is someone in PAG who understands what you are going through and can share their experience with you.
PAG is committed to provide a listening ear and helping hand as a peer, someone whom you can trust in and open up to. Our 24/7 hotline is 9-2255-724 (9-CALL-PAG) or you may contact any of our peer supporters directly. More information can be found here (https://www.alpas.org/pag). Our psychological wellbeing is essential for safe flights and our mental fortitude will help us get through difficulties.
Here's wishing you and your loved ones peace, joy and good health in 2023. To blue skies every time!
Yours,
Pilots Advisory Group
